DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Ground Shipping: Fortress of Inca offers FREE ground shipping via UPS and/or USPS Priority 2-day on orders going to any destination in the contiguous United States. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to process and ship. Orders placed before 1PM CST will generally ship that day. Orders placed after 1PM CST on Friday, and over the weekend on Saturday or Sunday, generally will not be processed or shipped out until the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a national holiday).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking. Please add support@fortressofinca.com and info@fortressofinca.com to your address book to ensure delivery.

Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping via UPS 2-Day Air delivery and UPS Next Day Air. Overnight orders must be placed no later than noon CST. Please note that overnight shipments will arrive by 8PM the next business day.

Pre-Order Shipping: Items placed for pre-order will show an estimated ship date. This date is subject to change depending on factory production estimates.

APO / FPO Shipping: Fortress of Inca offers free ground shipping and returns via USPS for orders going to any APO / FPO address. Please allow up to 10 business days for arrival.

Other US Territories: We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US territories for a flat rate of $15.

Fortress of Inca is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather.

 

DOMESTIC RETURNS + EXCHANGES

PLEASE NOTE OUR RETURNS + EXCHANGES POLICY HAS CHANGED.

Fortress of Inca accepts returns of unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of shipment. We suggest trying our shoes on carpet to ensure no scratches or damage to the soles.

ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE ARE FINAL. You may not return merchandise that was purchased in the Warehouse Sale section on our website for a refund.

Return Policy: We offer FREE returns on orders from any destination in the contiguous United States within 30 days of when your order was delivered. This also includes APO/FPO orders. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories are responsible for shipping and handling charges for all returns. Your product must have been purchased from our website. All merchandise must be unworn and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for return. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface, and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. We must receive returns within 14 days of issuance of a prepaid return label.

Refund requests that exceed the 30-day limit are subject to approval and are only available in the form of store credit.

We will not accept any returns or exchanges from shoes purchased from a boutique or third-party site.

Holiday Return Policy

For purchases made during the holidays (Thanksgiving - Christmas) our return policy extends through January 15.

Return Process:

  • If you need to return an item, simply login to your account.
  • Click ‘Complete Orders’ under the My Account menu to view your order.
  • Click Return Item(s). 
  • If you do not have an account with us, please submit a request using the contact form or email a request with your order number and reason for returning/exchanging the shoes to support@fortressofinca.com. 
  • You will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label. Please allow up to 3 days to receive your return label. Please add support@fortressofinca.com and info@fortressofinca.com to your address book to ensure delivery. 
  • Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return to complete your return and refund.

We must receive returns within 14 days of issuance of a prepaid return label.

Gift Returns:

  • CLICK HERE to submit all necessary information to initiate the return.
  • We allow gift exchanges within 30 days of receipt.
  • Gift returns can only be exchanged or issued an online store credit.
  • Kindly note that we will not be able to issue an exchange without the original order number or gift receipt.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return to complete your return and refund.

Exchange Policy: We offer ONE FREE exchange per order from any destination in the contiguous United States. This also includes APO/FPO orders. You must request an exchange within 30 days of receipt of your order (see Return Process above for steps to make a return request). All exchanges are subject to availability at the time we receive the returned item, are only available for merchandise of equal or lesser value and the returned product must have been purchased from our website. We suggest placing a new order to guarantee product availability. All merchandise must be unworn and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for an exchange. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. If your item qualifies for a free exchange, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. We do not issue any exchanges, refund or credits until we receive the returned merchandise and ensure there is no wear or use of them. We must receive returns and exchanges within 14 days of issuance of a prepaid return label.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges if they wish to exchange again following their first free exchange.

We do not offer exchanges for customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories. Instead, you will need to initiate a return for the shoe you would like to return and place a new order for the new size and/or style you prefer in its place.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return to complete your exchange. All exchanges ship via ground shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to the high cost of shipping, international orders, with the exception of Canada, are FINAL SALE.

We offer flat rate international shipping for $35 per pair ordered. International shipping rates do not include duties or taxes.

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. Some orders may experience customs delays. Transit times are provided by USPS and are not necessarily guaranteed.

Duties & Taxes: Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Exchange Rates: Orders are paid in USD and the exchange rate will be calculated at time of purchase by the customer’s credit card processor. We are unable to offer adjustments for exchange rate changes. The exchange rate and international credit card fees will be dependent on the credit card that the customer is using.

Order Processing: International orders will be packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At this time, we only allow returns from Canadian customers. All other international orders are FINAL SALE.

Return Policy: Canadian customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for all returns. Fortress of Inca accepts returns of unworn and unused merchandise within 30 days of when you received your order. We do not issue any refunds or credits until we receive the shoes and ensure there is no wear or tear to them. Kindly note, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number from us prior to shipping your return.
